Last updated: September 2026. Omprayer ("we", "us") operates a car rental service based in Morocco. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and your choices.
1. Who we are
Omprayer provides vehicle rental across Morocco, including Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat, Tangier, and Agadir. For privacy questions, contact us at hello@omprayer.com or +212 672-034059.
2. Information we collect
- Booking details: name, phone number, pickup and drop-off locations, rental dates, vehicle preferences, and messages you send when confirming on WhatsApp.
- Account data (optional): if you sign in, email or credentials you provide through our auth flow.
- Device & usage data: browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP for security and analytics.
- Local storage: theme preference, booking history saved in your browser, and similar settings to improve your experience.
3. How we use your information
- Process rental requests and communicate about your booking.
- Share necessary trip details with our team via WhatsApp or phone.
- Improve search, fleet presentation, and customer support.
- Meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations in Morocco.
- Prevent fraud and protect our platform and customers.
4. Legal basis (Morocco)
We process personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and applicable regulations enforced by the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). Processing is based on your consent, contract performance (your rental), legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in operating a safe rental service.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- WhatsApp / Meta when you choose to confirm a booking through WhatsApp.
- Hosting, email, and analytics providers that help us run the website.
- Insurers, payment partners, or authorities when required by Moroccan law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential storage — we use local storage for site functionality (for example theme and booking history in your browser). These do not require analytics consent.
Google Analytics — if you choose "Accept analytics" in our cookie banner, we load Google Analytics (Google Tag: measurement ID G-M2VWNJ8LSR). Google may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and how you navigate the site. We use this to improve Omprayer. Google may process data in the United States or other countries; see Google's Privacy Policy.
If you reject analytics, we do not load Google Analytics on that visit. You can change your choice anytime via Cookie preferences in the footer. We do not use marketing or advertising pixels at this time.
7. Retention
We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to fulfill your rental, resolve disputes, and comply with Moroccan legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize data when no longer required.
8. Your rights
Subject to Moroccan law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@omprayer.com. You may also contact the CNDP if you believe your rights have not been respected.
9. International transfers
Our primary operations and data handling are oriented to Morocco. If data is processed outside Morocco (for example by cloud or messaging providers), we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
